Peppermint

Peppermint helps in taming a stomach upset hence getting rid of that nauseating feeling. This is attributed to that fresh minty scent from the peppermint leaves. Peppermint also has some antispasmodic properties which help in soothing an inflamed lining of the stomach which also helps in getting rid of cramps. Peppermint oil may also be used by dabbing some of it on the gums or by making peppermint tea using dry leaves and taking it while it is warm.

Fennel
