A 50% deposit of your entire stay is due
to secure your reservation. A two night minimum stay is required
on weekends. Balance is due upon check-in. We regret that
room charges are non-refundable. A 7% sales tax will be added
to all room rates. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Traveler's
Checks and Money Orders as methods of payment. We do not
accept personal or business checks except as advance deposits.
Deposits are non-refundable without a
14-day notice of cancellation. A $25 service charge will
be deducted from all returned deposits. In the event that
we are able to re-rent your room, your deposit will be refunded
less the service charge.
Visitors of guests are welcome in the common areas only to
ensure the privacy of other guests.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
Your safety and security are of the
utmost concern. Our
home is protected by the most up to date fire prevention
systems. We do have a "NO SMOKING" policy
in our home, but invite you to enjoy the garden area seating.
Please help us maintain a clean and attractive setting for all guests by removing your shoes when in the house. Our cozy atmosphere is conducive to slippers and/or socks. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
